• Job Details:The business of the company was buying and selling cars with a huge number of customers as the company was well known and trust worthy. We had a lot of problems as we dont only sell new cars, but also we sell used ones. in this problems here comes my job by reducing the customer anger and feedback and handling the situation with one point or another so we can both win, the customer leave happy and we don't lose.
