• Job Details:             Handle the kickoff of assigned programs/projects, ensure that all objectives and goals are properly realized by stakeholders, and announce start-up. Responsible for all technical project management processes & program management office on the project. Implement different project reviews in accordance with a methodology to ensure the successful execution of the program as measured by strategic goals. Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects. Confront issues openly and quickly. Tactfully communicates sensitive information to the right stakeholders at the right time. Provides general support to the department and delivers in assigned work, contributing to overall departmental goals, policies, and procedures. Resolves straight forward problems and escalates issues with suggestions for further investigation and options for consideration as required. Build the risk management processes ensuring that data is regularly updated and reported as required. Manage third party equipment and suppliers to achieve schedule as directed. Establish project timelines and milestones/deliverables using the appropriate tools. Effectively manage project teams’ time and allocates resources to ensure a deliverable is completed. Consistently track and monitor all project milestones and deliverables
