Policies, procedures & SLA related to the Warehouse And Fleet. • Achieve saving by 10% from total budget of WH & Fleet. • Achieve targeted loading time for sales trucks according to the target set in the SLA. • Design the distribution centers which effectively reflect in achieving POF 95%. • Implementation the ERP System. • Initiate MRP concept inside receiving warehouse plan Vs. Actual. ( Monthly report ) • Follow up SMS and non-moving filtration process with relevant department and Supplier evaluation ( Monthly report ) • Increase employee's awareness at all levels. • Reduce the cost of product delivery from 2.5% to 1.5% • Reduce the defected carton average from 0.25% to 0.18% TTL FG • Initiate the Compliance with 5S & warehouse storage And Fleet guidelines audited by QC ( WH area and trucks ). • Achieve 90% Safety score based on safety audit (First Aid cases - Near miss cases - Unsafe condition - Compliance with safety checklist - Lost time accidents). Warehouses and Distribution Manager – Supply Chain Jul 2007 Till Now Responsibilities :- • Strategically manage warehouse and Fleet in compliance with company’s policies and vision. • Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. • Plan, organize, or manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. • Ensure that the warehouses operations safe, organized, and ensure efficient space utilization. • Manage and control fleet related operational and maintenance costs/expenses vs. assigned budget. • Implement daily sales delivery plan in line with logistics team. • Analysis logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention. • Assure that all needed HSE requirements are fulfilled inside warehouses. • Review and develop the warehouses and Fleet policies and procedures. • Prepare annual warehouses & storage budget. • Manage stock control and reconcile with ERP system. • Follow up subordinates’ performance appraisal, and set and evaluate team’s KPIs. • Participation in formulating the company’s main goals and plans. • Responsible for planning and executive programs for warehouse management and distribution, which ultimately lead to achieving the company’s main objectives. • Responsible for following up on the implementation of plans for warehouse and distribution.
