• Job Details:Review all the Journal Vouchers. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Provide management with monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports needed such as ( P&L, cash flow, AP & AR aging ,financial analysis, AGING.. etc) Prepare governance roles and ensure of applying among all subsidiaries & Startups. Generates governance monthly reports indicates issues find, and supported with recommended solutions. Perform Due diligence procedures for the company investments. Review contract financially and advise for any amendment needed if any. Manage the relationship with subsidiaries and review Inter-companies’ balances. Support startups with financial and tax advice. Monitor revenues and expense. Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidations. Supervise daily banking requirements. Prepare daily cash position

• Job Details:Oversees audit-planning, fieldwork, and audit reporting; prepares reports, and communicates findings and recommendations to line and senior management. Review automated audit work papers prepared by the audit staff to ensure sound audit theory and compliance with the KPMG methodology Responsible for the daily supervision of audit staff and responsible for the development of audit staff and the completion of performance Ensures that reviews are completed in compliance auditing standards. Understanding the cycles of firms & test compliance with firms; policies. Evaluate & test the internal control of firms and provide recommendations for weaknesses.
