VOIS Carve-Out Program: Program manager of IT Carve out (Split of Network & Infrastructure services between Vodafone Egypt & Vodafone Group), I were able to manage a complicated program within budget of €10M & on time according to the project plan, a major achievement of having _VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent solutions) Infrastructure independent like other local markets within VF-Group Work from Home program during COVID Pandemic: Were able to move 7500 employees in 2 weeks’ time, the exercise including logistics of Hardware delivery & systems changes to enable users to work from home, also I enabled a full implementation of VPN concentrator in less than a week with a daily monitor of systems performance to ensure healthy remote environment for the staff Vodafone Group Domain Migration: Managed to migrate 7500 employees with their systems access & mailboxes during COVID pandemic to work on VF-Group systems including Office 365 implementation without impacting service lines operations
