• Job Details:support functional areas as needed and as requested by the supervising manager; accountable for administrative tasks, including but not limited to: return mail, scanning, indexing, mailing, faxing, and filing. entry of high-volume mid-term transactions. update lot (vehicle) notes in the system. professionally answer multi-line telephone. proper completion of sale documents and file documents according to criteria. process mail incoming and outgoing per criteria. read and interpret various reports and documents. contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and receive and process payments.

• Job Details:respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. provide detailed information about the company’s fish and seafood products, including types, quality, and storage recommendations. assist customers in placing and modifying orders. coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to confirm delivery dates and resolve any order discrepancies. follow up on pending orders and inform customers of delivery statuses. upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences and order history. inform customers about promotions, discounts, and new product offerings. build strong relationships with repeat customers to increase loyalty.
