• Job Details:Responsible for: • Leading the process of Planning /Scheduling functions including validation of Construction Sequence for the base-line schedules (Rev. L & M & N) and assign the project resources in details. • Attend meeting with PMC and Handling new client enquiries and acting as the face of the business. • Lead planning workshops Conducted with Area Managers/Subcontractors and Project Management. • Communicate & Incorporate with all other department’s Teams to assure accuracy of data exchange & deliverables. • Monitor & Control Procurement Plan for the GEM III Project (Civil & MEP & Arch). • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the planning team • Preparing daily work Load for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work • Setting Clear Time Goals for the planning department team. • Dealing with & resolving problems and issues related to planning and other business. • Communicate and coordinate team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflict. • Supervise issuance of weekly, monthly progress and progress presentation reports of the project and provide input to Direct Manager according to project/department requirements. • Monitoring & reporting in accordance with the project standard operating procedure and prevailing standards. • Manage Provisional Sum Packages: (Roschmann, XS- Platforms, Exhibition Package works, Testing and Commissioning & Pyramid wall) in terms of planning/scheduling/control. • Review the subcontractor’s schedule program, to make sure that it is convenient with the master Program of the project. • Follow up subcontractor progress and perform Variance Analysis required. • Evaluate the subcontractor’s performance compared to the approved planning & Establish performance (KPI’s)

• Job Details:Responsible for: • Preparing weekly report for the project: that includes: - The updates for the project status - KPI’s for Value as per BOQ, Total Man Hours and Associated Concrete Works Man Hours - Areas of Concern - Urgent & overdue submittals - One month look ahead for construction & Engineering works - Attend Weekly Progress meeting with Client. • Manage Provisional Sum Packages in terms of planning/scheduling/control. - Review the subcontractor’s schedule program, to make sure that it is convenient with the master Program of the project. - Follow up subcontractor progress - Evaluate the subcontractor’s performance compared to the approved planning & Establish performance (KPI’s) - Attend progress meetings
