• Job Details:1-Resoonsible for managing my team & their plans to cover all doctor lists. 2-Trying to obtain profitable results by developing the team through motivation, skills development, product knowledge development 3-Follow up for expenses& control it. 4-Take all responsibilities for the action or failure in front of higher managers 5-flexible with my team in solving problems to walk toward the goal (achieving target) &handling their concerns 6-Respect the company regulations & applied it firstly on myself before my team. 7-Adapt with the available possibilities to achieve the target. 8-Double visits for medical reps for coaching & single visit for VIP doctors in private clinics or AM centers. 9-Follow up sales& stocks &the availability of products in distributors
