• Job Details:Receiving s/d from shippers & sending to port offices to release cntrs. Coordinating the bookings on vessels space according to schedules. Prepare b/l drafts and print them after the shpr’s confirmation. Preparing the initial discharging list from cargo manifest to identify with planner list. Sending the final discharging list to ports by local & transit discharge. Preparing & sending the arrival notifications to clients of local disch. Booking on the connection vessel based on destination for transit cntrs. Connect the head office to close the vessel on the shipping line system. Helping our clients in express b/l, arrival date, free time.
