- Job Details:Regstration of newly hired staff data in the payroll system and assign different payroll elements. Calculation and revision of monthly payroll to make sure including different deduction components such as social insurance, income tax, penalties, absence, … Preparation and revision of staff overtime, rewards, profit sharing, medical expenses, .. as per company policy. Preparation of payroll monthly comparison report. Delivery of revised payroll to finanace department in due time. Produce end of service documents for leaving staff with calculation of outstanding benefits, vacation compensation, etc.. Coordinate with social insurance department and labour office to obtain end of service formalities. Revise medical insurance activities and expenses of all staff and verify documentation as appropriate. Assist in preparing Job descriptions for all positions. Prepare job announcements. Perform all recruitment tasks including: screening, contacting candidates, set dates to test and perform 1st interview. Coordinate with the head of departments and candidates for the interviewing process. Keep records for all applicants and develop a pool of candidates for current and future staffing needs. Prepare job offers and send them to the shortlisted candidates Confirm and follow up with the candidates the starting date and required hiring documents. participate in setting an on-boarding program for the newly hired employees. Help in ending of the recruitment procedures for new employe Process all contracts renewals based on annual evaluation. Processes new employees, employee terminations, leaves of absence, and other personnel actions, using appropriate forms and computer applications Create and maintain personnel records for each employee Keeps records of work time and attendance Prepare daily attendance report. Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion Enter all kinds of employee annual leaves on system Process performance appraisal records ratings. Process all contracts renewals based on annual evaluation. Prepare all relevant HR letters and experience certificates upon request. follow-up with the heads of the departments for the probation period performance appraisals. Keeps employee records up-to-date by timely processing employee status changes. Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
