• Job Details:Instrument Calibration and Maintenance like Pressure Gauges, Transmitters, Control Valves, Pressure switches, level troll and various types of Instruments Installation, Calibration, Loop Checking & Job in Hazardous Area • perform modification of control circuits and/or control loops as per the plant change requests. • assist other sections such as electrical, mechanical and workshop in the repair and troubleshooting of their instrument and electronic related systems and test equipment. • perform upgrade and retrofitting of new control instruments to the existing panels in the field and main control room. • comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures • Conduct periodical emission monitoring on stacks • Measurement of groundwater level and collection of water samples on monthly basis • Monthly noise level monitoring • Maintaining environmental monitoring instruments • On-site waste management in assistance with waste management contractor • Assist with production in case of environmental emergencies. • Conduct fugitive emission monitoring and flare monitoring • Assist with environmental projects and other programmers • Liaise with other external labs for sampling and analysis • Ensure environmental compliance in day-to-day operations • perform preventive, corrective and diagnostic maintenance on the gas analyzer devices, process control systems and control loops. • remove, dismantle, overhaul/repair and install electric, pneumatic, electronic or hydraulic control system such as control valves and actuators, recorders, measuring and recording instruments in the field or in the workshop. • perform preventive and emergency maintenance on all equipment on site, as well as during machine scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns. • perform regular calibration and maintenance of all safety, fire and gas equipment such as gas monitors, H2S-LEL monitors, smoke detectors and heat detectors. • troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and test various types of process control instruments, gas analyzer devices and relay logic, which include pneumatic, electrical and electronic.

• Job Details:gas detection , dust monitor , gas analyzer, Scientific and laboratory instruments technicians Instrument Calibration and Maintenance like Pressure Gauges, Transmitters, Control Valves, Pressure switches, level controller and other types of Instrumentation (Installation, Calibration, Loop Checking and preventive maintenance ) in Hazardous and safe Area. • Repair faults and follow-up emission monitoring and gas analyzer. • Measurement of ground water level and collection of water samples on daily basis. • daily noise level monitoring. • Maintaining and storing environmental monitoring instruments.
