• Job Details:1- Analyze the Company’s resources to find the best economic way to exploit it. 2- Programming the target Plans for the company’s projects. 3- Time Schedules for projects using critical path method, Line of Balance and other techniques. 4- Follow-up projects using regular feed-back information coming from sites 5- Up-dating the master plan schedule to cope with the unpredictable variations in site. 6- Check and analyses the company’s assets: (Manpower, equipment, stored materials, ... etc.) 7- Find the most economical methods to exploit these assets and maneuvering it between sites. 8- Prepare the company’s pre-qualification and other documents to be submitted with Local and International tenders. 9- Evaluation the annual financial status of the company: (Cash flow, prospected projects, value of completed work, bidding capacity, ...etc.) 10- Coordinating the different departments of the company: (Procurement, Warehouse, Personnel, Financial Dept. …etc.) Acting in the power of “Marketing Manager” Composing and design different articles for advertising purposes Forwarding these items to different directories, magazines, newspaper Design the company home page for the Internet. Preparing the company’s Brochure As Training Department Manager: Contacting Training Centers to get the available training programs. Filter these programs to the company’s need Forwarding the suitable programs to the different department of the company Collecting the departments training requirements and preparing the training plan according to budget allocated for this purpose Submit the training plan to be approved by the vice-chairman. Make the necessary reservations for each course Follow-up the training results and evaluates its usefulness Acting in the power of “Human Resource Manger” Collecting CV from employees Categorizing the company’s manpower Design Database for the company’s employees Preparing the job description for each job title Design a score sheets and criteria to evaluate the performance of Engineers
