• Job Details:Key Responsibilities: Perform and implement all custom clearance activities such as follow up upcoming Shipments, documents transactions and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures. Develop the Customs Clearance Section's work plan and preparing work schedules and expediting workflow to improve the efficiency of the Customs Clearance Section. Following up with the Freight Forwarders, couriers and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for inbound shipments. Check the shipping documents received from the Booster at Tangier Morocco, applying different types of international agreements duties exemptions by submitting EUROMED to customs, for all products made in Europe, Turkey & Tunisia (Agadir agreement). Keeping records of all demurrages, detentions, etc. and follow up with the concerned buyers for settlements and implements preventive actions to avoid customs penalties. Dealing with different governmental sectors like Goeic & NFSA and monitor the lead time for the samples withdrew during inspection till we get the final approval. Apply the under custody method to minimize the customs clearance lead time till the shipment get final released. Handling the animation with the Booster our distribution center at Tangier, secure the operational flow on weekly basis, monitor the monthly payments from labeling, legalization, consumables and find rooms for savings.

Logistics ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Ensures that transportation modes, frequency of transports and routing are as efficient and as cost effective as possible. Monitors the various supply chain performance measurement systems and looks for ways to make improvements. Creates and updates policies and procedures for all logistics activities. Maintains a plethora of records and reports such as process documentation, customer service logs. Ensures that specific customer requirements met including special internal reports and customized transportation metrics. Resolves customer complaints relating to transportation and other logistical issues. Assists in the selection of carriers based on qualifications and performance evaluations. Negotiates transportation services and rates with various carriers. Supervises the work of schedulers, planners, customer service representatives and other logistics specialists. Improves supply chain efficiency and sustainability by negotiating with suppliers and customers. Set priority sittings for the delivery of the import shipments to the site with the co-ordination of the freight forwarder and the site engineers, provide the necessary equipment needed to offload the containers on site.
