• Job Details:Responsibilities, Duties, and Skills: A person who has a strong leadership, communication and management skills in design , engineering and project management. which allow me to manage my working hours to handle not only the below listed duties Design Management o Responsible of all design activities. and manage all design members assuring successful, raising the manner of teamwork to communicate with clients, understanding their thoughts and goals and transfer that to the project team to achieve client goals o Initializing a Creative Design Concepts ,insure the project function ,client requirement, for a wide range of building types. (Mixed use, Hotels , Healthcare, residential, commercial, High-rise , urban communities, resorts, governmental admin , training and educational compass .... etc.) o Assure projects quality of good procedures which drive to high quality innovative concepts (QA) o Prepare and present designs to clients having their approvals and satisfaction. o Guide the architecture detailing team and giving the technical solution support. o Prepare projects proposals, design work scope, and Initiate projects architecture design work plan. o Working with Special consultancy such as medical planner , medical equipment ,datacenter , kitchen , laundry , Gym equipments, • Project Management: o Coordinating the company work load with the resources. to have maximum efficiency of the design teams. o Giving Directions to Engineering and Technical teams to have the most suitable system to the project design o Review the Engineering and Technical teams technical details and assure all projects are free of conflictions. • Design Quality control o Assure projects packages are Following the company procedures and fulfilling the requirements of each stage and coordinate the transferring of projects between architecture department and other disciplines. o Review all design submissions according to standards, applied codes and regulations. (QC) o Utilize my excellent knowledge of most of KSA, UAE Authorities and Master Development codes and regulations, In addition with IBC,NFPA standards to assure protects fulfilling the design standards. o Follow up with the site supervision team for any required design support.
