• Job Details:To support currently or newly established systems and processes within the business flow. To ensure and focus on promoting the “Process Reengineering and Lean Thinking concepts and methods”, which is revolving around streaming and flowing of all processes through the achievement of QCDP concept (Quality, Cost and Delivery through People) from the customer perspective. Duties & Responsibilities: • Support the improvement of operational efficiency and minimize error rates. • Provide indicative performance measures to help identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities. • Building and delivering of AS-IS and future state Process maps. Updating existing Process maps. • Ensure delivering continuous improvement opportunities changes including required operational and system changes. • Support building and deploying of newly established or existing workflows. • Liaise with management, unit heads, MIS teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure project goals, strategies and priorities delivery. • Support managing deployment of LEAN methodology within the entire customer value streams to ensure full optimization of service delivery with unique value to customers with the IT& technology • To assure all required/mandated financial, operational and customer improvements are realized and sustained. • Responsible for achieving agreed upon KPI targets in addition to the department’s internal balance score card. This role is extendable to cover any other business function requirement upon demand on assignment basis and any other assigned tasks. • Conducting IT orientation session on monthly basis for new hired employees across all bank departments. • Single point of contact for Internal and external audits. • Responsible for preparing the IT budget, IT financials life cycle and single point of contact with IT and finance. • Prepare monthly IT dashboards for measuring the performance E2E.

Program ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Establishing PMO function to support and manage all project activities effectively o Developing project management process and templates with different methodologies to comply with it. o Providing training, awareness sessions and coaching to all BBI employees. o Leading strategic Programs and internal projects (Odoo HR, CRM, Project Management, etc.) o Contributing on customer projects from preparing the technical and business proposal. o Supervision of project managers under the PMO function. o Leading R&D program that provides BI and AI solutions using agile scrum methodology to control releases and customer requirements. • Reporting programs and project status on frequent basis to partners and key stakeholders. • Providing guidance for telecom Industry, Market analysis and business guidelines for managing other accounts. • Responsible for the clients Engagement management in Etisalat Egypt to expand the account • Periodical (weekly) send status reports to management.

Projects Leader - CIO teamFull Time

• Job Details:• Managing special projects from initiation to closure phase (IT internal enhancements programs and Big Data & IoT innovation program) • Leading special programs with vendors to govern and control the action plan and way forward. • Analyze pain areas inside the IT Department with proposing areas of improvements. • Propose new innovate initiatives aligned with IT Strategy (Omni channel, Big data, Internet of Things) • Attending IT weekly operational and projects updates with owing critical actions and reporting to CIO when needed. • Acting as single point of contact for internal and external entities like Etisalat Group, internal and external audit. • Responsible for the Recognition and Awards strategic pillar program with leading a team for delivering several IT initiatives.
