• Job Details:Customer Service * Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints via social media channels. * Handle and resolve customer complaints. * Providing customers with offers and price information. * Register customers and to collect income received. * Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. * Following up with customers and having feedback about the company services regularly. Customer Service Supervisor * Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback. * Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies. * Investigating and solving customer service complaints. * Assisting customer service staff with duties where required. * Performing additional duties where needed.
