• Job Details:- Assisting in the execution of CRM campaigns to meet targets around customer satisfaction. - Support CRM campaigns from beginning to end including post campaign analysis. - Assist in the management of the CRM budget, ensuring timely campaign delivery and within cost estimates. - Organize online marketing campaigns to include, e-mail, social media, search engine optimization, website management, and work with the Marketing Services team on the offline elements (to include direct mail, event materials and newsletters) to ensure campaigns are fully integrated. - Work with Data Analysts and other business units to maximize ROI. - Establish processes to ensure the quality of our data e.g. that customer data is regularly refreshed and that Data Protection Act (DPA) guidelines are followed in all circumstances. - Manage and update the MI dashboard from Analytics. - Manage the production of online marketing materials, for example e-newsletters, web articles/case studies, 'authority packs’ and video
