• Job Details:• Support company & Planning department Vision and mission. • Reduce Supply Chain cost by improving inventory control through better planning and scheduling. • Preparing the quarterly & monthly production plan according to WH stocks, demand plan and market needs taking in consideration safety stocks. • Preparing the materials requirements and significant coordination with purchasing team regarding delivery dates to ensure that component is available when they are required for production (JIT). • Work proactively with production to improve product quality and solve quality problems and initiating actions and follow up on the corrective actions. • Supports the purchasing team in all aspects of supplier development & new supplier qualifying processes when requested. • Controlling the requested qty of raw & packaging materials to reduce the rate of slow moving items and hence reduce the cash flow and maintain the warehousing capacity. • Setting a monthly and weekly production plan for production team stating how many of final product sold to the customer will be available for sale or distribution during specific periods according to market needs, material availability and resources capacity. • Provide the required training and technical expertise for the planning subordinates. • SAP maintenance, creating the required codes, BOM and recipes. • Calculating and Reporting the KPIs for production lines to detect the production achievement against production plan. • Ensure high end customer service by delivering customer requirements (Qty & weight) on the agreed time. • Issue purchase requests with the calculated demand for materials according to the inventory status and Scheduling the arrival of the materials along with the capacity plan. • Translate customer requisitions into a clear production orders based on designed time & action plan. • Ensure that invoicing targets are achieved & product profitability is in line with budget and strategic directions. • Proactively identify inventory opportunities risks and drive solutions. • Assist in implementing any modules required to enhance the ERP system. • Provide business reviews information when requested.

Purchasing manger assistantFull Time

• Job Details:• Assisting purchasing manager in importation cycle of raw material starting from communication with foreign suppliers until clearing materials to be delivered to warehouse. • Arrange the shipping logistics with on line services such as shipping lines, forwarding agents, customs Clearance Company. • Get the order confirmation, check all the details mentioned and determine the delivery date. • Following up the custom clearance broker which is assigned for his territory. • Follow up with finance team suppliers payments. • Creating PO via SAP system and maintain related issues accordingly with southern procurement mange in Spain. • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and service with suppliers. • Making purchase orders for raw materials and packaging and following up with suppliers. • Dealing with suppliers for shipment details and shipping docs. • Choosing the best freight forwarder • Detect safety stock for all materials. • Keeping up to date information on the system related to the orders. • Regular check the inventory balances and storing conditions.
