• Job Details:- Recording the general journal entries of the firm on the software program “comsys“ . - Recording the invoices of suppliers and customers. - Recording all petty cash and bank transactions. - Reconciling the monthly bank statement with our journal entries attached with supporting documents. - Writing the profit and loss statement and financial position statement in the legal manual books . - Recording all the transactions related to KPMG – Employee fund and assisting in preparing the needed reports to KPMG – Management . - Receiving the salary tax receipt from the tax authority and insurance receipt from the social insurance authority for our customers . - Assisting the Seniors' Accountants in calculating the payroll calculations for our clients . - Kept updated data files for transactions of every month and previous years. - Recording all withholding, retention, vat tax depending on each invoice. - Do our best to reach our clients satisfaction through providing them a professional accounting service and VIP customer treatment

• Job Details:- Handle cash management of the firm : - Payment of Salaries for Employees . - Recording the accounts of our suppliers & clients in a manual basis - Process all the cash counter transactions accurately . - Collecting the checks amounts and remaining balances from clients - Maintain zero cash shorting and excesses to ensure maximum control on cash balance. - Maintain accurate checking on all end of day reports. - Traveling with the manager to china with our Egyptian customers to translate the speeches of Chinese suppliers, customers and the manager. - Arranging the daily duties and meetings with Chinese suppliers. - Dealing and communicating with more than 20 foreign suppliers. - Handling customer's inquires and solving their problems . - Checking the samples of our suppliers and distinguishing with our customers. - Following the steps of orders with the foreign suppliers. - Negotiating with the Chinese suppliers during making an order and deal best deals for machines, equipments, synthetic leather, outsoles and accessories for shoes . - Keeping updated data files . - Checking the goods & samples from the warehouse - Send and received emails from foreign suppliers. - Followed up the steps of orders. - Assured that all details of orders are being known to foreign suppliers. - Meet, greet and directed different visitors in our firm . - Informed customers with our products and services we offer and help market them.
