• Job Details: Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the facility.  Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money.  Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and preparation of contracts.  Set policy and guidelines for delivering commercial and cost effective procuring process for the business.  Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.  Implement change and develop new processes to better procure goods and services.  Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and service.  Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.  Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.  Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.  Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities.  Review current processes for procurement and make recommendations where appropriate.  Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes.  Teach and educate managers and associates about the procurement process control.  Interview, hire and train personnel for procurement related activities.

Assets & Inventory Demand ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate departments responsible for inventory and implement the inventory management policies of an organization. • Develop and communicate inventory management policies and procedures. • Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to inventory management operations. • Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement using manual or computerized inventory systems.

Inventory Demand supervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Controlling Company Assets and Inventory equipment. • Access, identify, and correct product listings issues to ensure proper product organization, description, categorization, and product number representation. • Plan and track inventory and work with regional and local personnel to manage on hand inventory levels as appropriate. • Expedite all facets of the supply chain process for Branch Plants within the area of responsibility. • Identify sources of slow moving inventory and work with other branches personnel to reduce on hand levels of this inventory through transfers, scrapping, sales, and write-offs. • Lead and participate in teams working on inventory related issues. • Track and report utilization and update the status of Weatherford assets. • Assist in investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions whether internal or external.
