Civil construction managerFull Time

• Job Details: Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.  Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.  Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.  Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.  Meet contractual conditions of performance.  Review the work progress on daily basis.  Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.  Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.  Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.  Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.

Construction team leaderFull Time

• Job Details: Develop a strategy of the team to reach company goals.  Attend kick off meeting and arrange all resources required for starting projects.  Manage the projects operations day by day.  Provide any training that team members need.  Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.  Communicate clear instructions to team members to can get the best results.  Supporting team members if they face any obstacle during work.  Revising projects budgets and ensure providing the required resources which needed to run the projects.  Preparing reports as required.  Coordinate with other teams whether Technical, procurement or budgeting to can overcome any problems may occur.  Hold monthly meeting with subcontractors to check the projects progress and investigate projects problems if applicable.

Civil site managerFull Time

• Job Details: Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.  Liable to arrangement subcontractors for various construction activities and sign agreements to work at suitable conditions.  Able to implement the budgets at ongoing projects and monitored the financial concerns and aspects to reduce cost.  Organize and prepare the Material Approval Schedule and got approval from the Consultant.  Verified and reviewed the invoices submitted by the sub-contractors and release them dues.  Preparing reports as required.  Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.  Ensure the application of the policies of quality of the customer and the company.  Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
