Drilling Optimization & ADTFull Time

• Job Details:Work as Real time Optimization engineer for unconventional fields like EagleFord, Haynesville in south Texas and Gulf of Mexico within respect of the following • Well planning and modeling. Detailed well design. Write well programs/hole section guidelines. Risked cost estimates (AFE’s etc). Equipments and material selections. • Run MaxBHA under INSITE for Bottom Hole Assembly program that is used to analyze and design an optimal BHA configuration , and Calculates the equilibrium rate, formation index, and forces along the BHA • Run Whirl Sensitivity Analysis to avoid vibration and critical RPM’s. • Run Hydraulics programs for each hole section to Calculate expected ECD and flow rate required for hole cleaning, • Calculate and model Torque and Drag for different tools and hole sections • Calculate and Predictive swab and surge • Monitoring PWD (pressure while drilling) MWD tools for ECD (equivalent circulation density) (providing real time recommendations for hole cleaning problems while drilling, measured swab/surge • Monitoring DDS (Determine Drill String vibration severity from LWD tools ) in real time (Providing real time recommendations for different type of vibration and mitigation) • correct well bath for buildup sections using real time Compass and obtaining Curve Analysis • Calculate Drilling Run performance using MAX Activity • Daily well drilling monitoring operations. • Fracture and pore pressure analysis. Cement & Casing design. Directional drilling and Well survey analysis. Drill string and BHA design. Well control analysis. • Monitoring and optimize drilling performance to avoid flow, motor stalling ,gumbo attack pore pressure ramps ,hole stability and dog leg severity
