• Job Details:responsible for all the electrical works (technical, supervision and coordination) in the project, works including Lighting system, Power system, Fire Alarm, Sound, Security systems. Voice, Data, MV Switch gear, Ring Main Unit (RMU), Earthing, Transformer sizing…etc.), the tasks Were:  Supervise all the electrical construction works.  Monitor and inspect work at site(IR), inspect material (MIR),Attend factory test (FAT),Make (NCR) for any non-compliance statements.  Design review of Electrical systems (Load Estimation, Transformer sizing, Lighting system, Switchgears, Short circuit calculations, Voltage drop calculations, Power factor correction and Cable sizing.  Review and approving the technical submittals (Shop drawings, Material submittal and RFIs), for MV & LV Cable route, Internal & External Lighting, Power, Fire alarm,Evacuation systems,CCTV,Telephone,Sound and security systems,Voice ,Data, BMS System,Access control,Visitor control &Safety lighting System,MV Switch gear,Ring Main Unit (RMU), Earthing, lightening,SLD,MCCS,…etc).  Reply technically to requests for information.  Ensure that the execution of Electrical works done according to the specifications of the project,BOQ and the related standards.  Attending the regular meetings (technical, progress and QC) with all parties.  Review the coordination between electrical and mechanical works

Electrical Department Executive ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:responsible for all the electrical works (technical, supervision and coordination) in the project, works including Lighting system, Power system, Fire Alarm, Sound, Security systems, CCTV,MATV system, Voice, Data, MV Switch gear, Ring Main Unit (RMU), Earthing, Transformer sizing…etc.), the tasks Were :  Supervise all the electrical construction works.  Review and approving all contractors monthly and final invoices.  Contact with suppliers and study their offers to issue POs(Purchasing orders).  Study contractors offers to issue assignment orders.  Design review of Electrical systems (Load Estimation, Transformer sizing, Lighting system, Switchgears, Short circuit calculations, Voltage drop calculations, Power factor correction , Cable sizing and low current systems.  Ensure that the execution of all Electrical works done according to the specifications of the project, BOQ and the related standards.  Responsible about the coordination between electrical and mechanical works.  Attending the regular meetings (technical, progress and QC) with all parties.

MEP Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:At Marassi site Responsible for Executing Electrical infrastructure work (power & Low current) such as install medium and low voltage cables,Substations (RMU),Pillars,Coffrees,Street lighting,Earthing system, Telecommunication race ways and Swimming pool lighting. Prepare ITP&Method of statement for all activities. Make surveys and invoices. Preparing implementation time schedules with Excel&Primavera. At Mall site Responsible for Execute different types of electrical systems inside the Mall (retail and dining outlets,offices and shops) such as lighting system, small power system and Light current systems. At Head Office Responsible for technical office work (Tender &Cost Estimation)for all power and light current Systems in different types of projects , follow-up,supervising,management the executing work at site.
