• Job Details:.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets and general ledger. • Analyze the cash flow and submit reports with the cash flow status to the top management • Manage the monthly closing process & ensure the compliance with the accounting standards. • Prepare & analysis of financial statements and provide supporting reports to the senior management. • Assists the Finance Manager in developing the budget and financial plans for the company and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared organizational goals. • Coordinate with external auditors in year-end audit and ensuring compliance with the standards. • Overseeing timely tax reports & preparation for tax audit and tax returns process in compliance with financial and tax policies and procedures. • Explore areas of automation & analytics to improve efficiency & effectiveness of reporting and conduct all necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date. • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data. • Participate in the implementation or enhancement of the accounting systems.

Chief AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personal, and direct their work activates. Represent clients before taxing authorities and provide support during litigation involving financial issues. Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real and equipment, recording information such as the property’s description, value, and location. Follow up accounts receivable and reconciliation. Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. Report to management about asset utilization and audit results and recommend changes in operations and financial activities. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings. Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries. Supervises and facilitates a timely and accurate monthly closing process, reviewing all closing related reports and analyze monthly financial statements Monitor the costing process & submit monthly COGS reports to the management, prepare monthly actual vs. plan trends and advice correctives actions if needed. Monitor the inventory cycle and assist in the quarterly and year-end physical inventory stocktaking.

• Job Details:Supervise and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback. Oversee and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Review and analyze financial data, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to maintain the integrity of financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with accounting principles. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing any audit findings. Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports for management and stakeholders. Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with new accounting standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for the accounting team.
