• Job Details:Managed 121 repairing vessels projects during the working services included project management, docking, undocking, scope of work, cost estimation, project planning and resourcing, prepared of project initiation documentations and ensured the best value is obtained for the project with use of internal and external resources. Conducted periodically meeting with clients, contractors, and involved departments for the ongoing progressing to follow up goal achievement on time within the approved budget and with best quality of services in line with company policies and safety standard. Highlights:  Coordinated directly with vendors, contractors, sub-contractors, and involved company’s departments to facilitate a clear work scope along-side preparing project plan in accordance with the owner’s requirement and class rules.  Supported projects with the required scope of works, additional scope, docking and undocking scheduled plans.  Directed the running projects with respect to risk for delivery to deadline, quality, safety and supply of the materials.  Communicated directly with production team and departments to execute the progress and update every project.  Finalized tests, sea trials and analyzed achievements for each vessel to clients and cost control department.  Monitored the project cost, procured remains shortage material, and oversaw manpower through the projects.  Implemented onsite team and workshops daily tasks and activities (Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Hull, Outfitting, NDT inspections) and ensure that the given job is completed within the allocated time frame and cost.

CNC, FAB Shop & Hull EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Oversaw daily and weekly planning of CNC plate cutting workshop, FAB Shop, site activities and circulating the weekly tasks to the involved departments. Maintained periodically reports in Activity Level Planning System (ALPS). Highlights:  Guided a team consists of 10 supervisors, 8 foremen, 68 ship fitters, 27 welders and 4 contractors mechanical, fabricators, fitters, scaffolders and electricians’ employees for CNC, FAB Shop and hull production & maintenance.  Followed up onsite daily activities for new shipbuilding and ship repair and weekly reports to different departments.  Supervised of plate, pipes, profile marking, assembly, forming, welding, QC and insure that meets yard standards  Monitored CNC plate cutting machines (FUSION and MESSER) including preventive and protective maintenance.  Developed and scheduled the daily process plans to meet projects milestones and focus on reduction of unit cost production to ensure that projects are completing accurately, on time, and clearly reported and documented.

Hull & Outfitting Design EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Assisted technical specification of 3 new shipbuilding projects, drawings and equipment to ensure compliance with applicable requirements of class societies, IMO, shipyard standards, clients and intended purpose of build. Highlights:  Worked on the development of basic design drawings and performed weight control, stability calculation and strength analysis details during the different design phases for preparing bills of material and coast estimation.  Modeled 3d, nested cards, and FAB Shop drawings using AutoCAD and Foran3D.  Modified and provided as-built drawing to Class surveyor for approval as per site, rules and client requirements.  Ensured newbuilding vessels are delivered with the correct documentations, drawings, spares and equipment.  Submitted the final drawings to clients and class surveyors (ABS, LR, GL, BV) for final reviews, edit and final approval.  Followed-up onsite progress and resolves any unexpected technical difficulties for all ongoing activities.
