• Job Details:Current Scope and Responsibilities  External Financial Reporting – Monitoring and maintaining reliability of Financial Reporting through full set of financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in equity, statement of cash flows, valuation of assets and liabilities, revenue recognition, income measurement  Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting – including cash flow forecast .  Internal Controls – Ultimately responsible for establishing and maintaining a solid internal control structure as delegated by Top Management in terms of effectiveness and adherence through which objectives at Financial , Operational and compliance level to be achieved Financial Statement Analysis – Important ratios and other analytical tools used to evaluate financial health including ROI & RI along with measures assessing Leverage, activity, Liquidity position on a regular basis in addition to Profitability analysis including identifying breakeven points and required margin of safety.  Working Capital Management – Close monitoring of operating and cash cycle in terms of DSO – DPO and inventory days with the objective of minimizing cash cycle in alignment with industry average and limit exposure to O.Draft usage and relevant financing costs

The Finance Transformation vision is to achieve best-in-class efficiency by leveraging automation and standardized processes, and focusing the organization on high value-add activities Main Objectives: • Harmonize, standardize, and simplify the purchasing and transactional (Source-To- Settle / STS and Accounting To Reporting / ATR ) activities in MSD Middle East and North Africa Countries Under Scope : Egypt , UAE , OMAN , Bahrain , Qatar , Lebanon , Jordon , Iraq , Saudi Arabia , Morocco , Tunisia and Algeria • Focus particularly on ensuring compliance throughout the End-to-End / Source to Settle process • Ensure the successful transition and centralization of Financial transactional activities into a unique location following LMM guidelines (Nile Hub) for Middle East and NWA countries

Accounting and Financial Compliance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Supervise the monthly and year end closing and financial statements preparation.  Monthly and year end SAP reporting submission to headquarter.  Budget preparation.  Variance analysis.  Profitability and sales turnover analysis  Ensure effectiveness of internal controls and ensure adherence thereto.  Staff performance evaluation based on predetermined objectives and KPIs.  Provide timely and relevant information for decision making purposes.  Cooperate and interact with internal and external auditors and ensuring the on time delivery of audit reports
