MEP Construction ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Managing the MEP package construction activities (HVAC, District Cooling, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, Solar, Data, Security, Audio Visual, Control Systems, Elevators, etc.) for zone CPC7A of ISF Camp project. The contract value is $68 Million covering 17 barrack buildings with open car park each, 9 substations & 9 general stores. The responsibility is to manage & oversee the performance of 12 sub-contract companies towards the completion according to time schedule, daily following up with procurement and warehouses for material delivery, identifying project risks/critical paths and producing professional action plans, reviewing design, planning, liaising with client and project manager for related approval processes, leading the testing and commissioning activities, preparing civil defense files. Assisting the contract manager in drafting sub-contract agreements, managing budget in close liaison with commercial department, asses financial performance against forecast on monthly basis and taking corrective action to maintain/improve the cash flow, managing project close out documents.

• Job Details:I was appointed by the area manager to lead the implementation of MEP services package for the Administration and ICC building of Doha Metro Depot 1 with a cost-plus design and build contract. CCC team was nominated by Qatar Rail to take over the main Integration & Control Center of Doha Metro from the original contractor. Project timeline was 12 months however it was handed over to the operators and local authorities ahead of schedule.

• Job Details:Successfully managed and delivered on time the renovation of MEP package of the 5 Starts Ezdan Place Hotel & Spa with contract value of $140 Million.
