• Job Details:⮚ Supervision of construction buildings & infra structure works. ⮚ Review of construction drawings, material testing and approval of samples. ⮚ Following up work progress, ensuring adherence to time and cost as set in work plan and contractor time schedule. ⮚ Arranging and attending meetings, keeping and submitting progress reports, preparing as-built drawings, providing quality assurance / control. ⮚ Keeping smooth lines of communications between contractor, client and supervision team. ⮚ Taking off of quantities from drawings and compare with executed items on site. ⮚ Initially approves / comments executed quantities submitted from the contractor.
