• Job Details:Establishing the Company's financial policy also a delegation of authority.  Implementation of the company's goals through the development of financial policy.  Prepare the company's budget and implementing it at the highest level of accuracy to avoid monthly deviations.  Maintain banking relationships.  Lead Finance and Accounting team. Assets management.  Submit reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.  Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.  Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.  Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.  Overseeing all financial management issues for the company.  Day-to-day responsibility for working with the functional leaders to ensure that best-in-class business processes are integrated throughout the company in all business matters.  Think creatively and practically to develop, execute and implement new business plans.  Monitor all VAT that applies, ensuring that VAT is current, collected and/or accrued.  Ensure adherence to credit policy for the collection.  Co-ordinates with IT for improvements introduces required reports and make improvements to the existing reports.  Responds to queries from external auditors.  Monitoring and supervising the preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and yearly financial statements in accordance with IFRSs.
