Job Details:Job description Responsible for preparation and execution of the Preventive Maintenance Program for the boiler and it auxiliary. Responsible for field monitoring and local control of field equipment related to Boiler, Steam Turbine, Generator and other auxiliaries. Duties • Preparing Spare Parts lists. • Supervision of all site activities for units overhauling. • Inspection the Rotating Machines (F.D.Fans, G.R.Fans, Gas air preheater, Pumps) • Preparing all the technical backlog and historical overhauling reports. • Inspection the Pressure Parts (Steam Drum, Super heater, water wall, connecting Tubes, Economizer, steam air heater, all fuel heat exchangers Coils cleaning.. etc.) • Inspection the Isolating, control, Safety Valves. • Inspection the Burners (mazout guns, Atomizer, Gas Spud Nozzles, air Registers, Actuators, etc.). • Sharing in construction and commission activities of upgrading the instrumentation and control for the plant. • Reporting the equipment condition during shift. • Good Knowledge with steam unit troubleshooting. • Write the works order for Maintenance dept. with accuracy description of the problems. • Isolating the equipment and confirming the firefighting tools where recommended.
