Bank and payroll AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Reviewing all financial transactions for accuracy and ensuring that accounting records are up to date. Supporting in necessary AP/AR activities. Entering and recording data, whether purchases invoices - or returns, etc. Handle daily operation with Banks through monitoring the implementation of cash transactions, plus recording on the ERP system. • Ensure that all bank transactions recorded & maintained in the system. Process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals & foreign currency exchanges in line with business needs. Preparing reports and general and detailed financial statements related to monthly sales. Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Prepare monthly reports – Withholding tax, VAT.
