• Job Details: We are now working on installing and operating a new big line by red maker which contains (oven type polin & colling tower and Convery type M4F & packing machine type TECO pack & robot type ABB & injection type alimak & washing machine type colossi & mixer type secession & lamination line type red maker )  The maintenance manager conducts regular checks to avoid a breakdown or problem, in order to maintain the level of performance, which is one of the most important responsibilities of the maintenance manager.  Develop a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment, buildings and materials.  Preparing reports on the work of the maintenance department, which include the achievements and proposed solutions to improve performance, and submitting them to the general manage.  Manage the maintenance budget and ensure the technological monitoring and control of the interventions that are carried out, and suggest improvements in the performance of the machines in terms of cost and rate of use.  Prepare the report and measure the performance of the maintenance team.  reviewing and completing commissioning electrical works from machines contractors of different vendors (König – Buhler – Rakemaker ).  Training the work team on the SAP for maintenance, reporting and performance measurement.
