• Job Details:Scope of Job To manage all logistics operations between Badr Site and other Heineken Plants within Egypt, achieving maximum customer satisfaction, while minimizing running expanses, reducing wastage, and maintaining Plant and Warehouses excellent hygiene and order conditions and high safety standards. Responsibilities: • Ensure proper reception of packaging materials in the warehouses (physically and in stock control systems). • Ensure timely supply of packaging materials to all plants so that they can meet their production schedules. • Manage stock levels of packaging materials in the warehouses, and warehouses capacity utilization & efficiency. • Manage the loading and unloading of all trucks and containers on the site. • Ensure minimum losses and compliance with budget. • Maintain plant assets. • Setup of the optimum truck 'loading patterns' and development of the loading procedures for export products, within the containers. • Ensure selection and appointment of skilled personnel and prepare annual training plan for the current team. • Manage the waste area and waste removal from the site. Responsible for the revenues from the sale of scrap. • Manage 5S and hygiene conditions so that all areas are environmentally clean and organized. • Enforce use of all safety PPE and safety procedures like ORR, safety tags, BBS, and safety pyramid to reduce accidents and incidents to an absolute minimum. Develop safe work procedures. Implement and Practice TPM concepts. • Develop an annual operating plan and execute it. • Prepare monthly reports. • Instrumental in streamlining process to optimize resources and achieve cost reduction. • Managing and improving the performance of Casual Labors while reducing numbers as much as possible to reduce the cost. • Centre of Excellence Shop Floor Management.

• Job Details:Scope of Work: Manager for the production, and distribution planning of the complete NAB (non-alcoholic beverage) range produced at 2 different plants and distributed to over 20 warehouses. Responsibilities: • Supervising material planner. • Reduced production idle time by employing production and capacity planning, and distribution scheduling. • Achieved product availability OTIF (on time in full) through tight monitoring of warehouse inventories, distribution, and production conformance to schedule. • Coordinated closely with sales, marketing and product line managers to identify trends and refine sales targets and promotions which lead to better forecast accuracy. • Managed promotional phase-ins and phase-outs leading to minimum old inventory and harmonized national rollout dates. • Reduced raw material inventory and finished product stock level through strategic statistical forecasting and factoring seasonal variations. • Linked “Futur Master” forecasting software output to SAP module.
