• Job Details:• Supervise and prepare of monthly, quarterly and annual financial report. • Develop and implement accounting controls, policies and procedures to ensure that the assets, liabilities, revenue and expenditures of the company are properly stated and accounted for in the general ledger. • Responsible for importing process, custom and clearance, dealing with importing banks. Follow up for customer outstanding, LC and payment terms • Support to organize and import row material supplies for own market demands and local customers’ needs • Evaluate various revenue sources and trends for planning and ongoing cash management. • Assistance in preparation of the annual budget. • Generate and distribute departmental monthly reports which reflect company performance against budget.

• Job Details:• Assist as required with preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis. • Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and timely. This includes maintaining the accounting ERP system, verifying the coding for all transactions, supporting audits and preparing all necessary account reports for grant compliance and executive management. • Responsible for general ledger and inventory reporting and the required reconciliations. • Audit and review subsidiary ledgers for reconciliation of the GL including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and petty cash… etc. • Responsible for fixed asset additions, deletions and depreciation schedules balanced to year-end financials. • Follow up and process for finished goods cost. • Manage monthly journal entry and close schedules to ensure timely monthly closing. • Responsible for monitoring outstanding accounts receivables, publishing receivables schedules to manages and follows up with appropriate staff to ensure collection.
