MRP Section Head at Middle East Glass Company "MEG Group"Full Time

• Job Details:- Receiving the Forecast of annual production plan from Production Planning department & Bill of materials (BOMs) for all products from the technical & packing departments. - BOM's Offsetting, Exploding & Netting as per the Master Production Schedule (MPS). - Sending the forecasted annual materials plan to the financial management to confirm its value against budget. - Issuing the required purchase requisitions to purchasing department with delivery schedule for each item. - Maintaining and managing schedules with purchasing department to reflect accuracy in schedule when changes happen during the year, Month & Weeks . - Weekly meeting with purchasing team to ensure that all materials deliveries will be on time. - Managing and controlling inventory levels and movements not to have shortage or obsolete materials. - Ensuring the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy at all times. - Issuing the required reports and data analysis to my boss and top management. - Trouble shooting on production situations & problems.

Material & Production Planning Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:• Production Plan, Master schedule (MPS) & Material Requirement planning depend on annual forecast demand & supply. • Create Plastic Parts injection plan (Injection machines, capacity loading) that depend on master Production plans •Participate Monthly S&OP meeting with sales Team to handle the demand changes and reflects on the weekly schedule. • Develop weekly valid Production Schedules according to the available capacity per resource. •follow up Production and Work orders as a daily basis and take corrective action in case of any barrier. •Conducting regular meetings with department’s heads to discuss plans and variations to develop Corrective Actions. •Design MRP and issue requirement plan from Parents items, component; till packaging material (monthly – annually). • Control and Issuing PRs and following up on deliveries with purchasing department for both local and foreign items. • Ensure that Planners monitor plans and provides early warnings of upcoming key dates. •Follow up and updating of planning data such as (Process Time Study, DLT, MOQ, BOM, …etc.) as a Quarterly horizon. •Analyze and classify the stock to maintain the desired level, safety stock for the running materials. • Handling Sales rush orders to achieve the service levels. • Manpower monthly and annually planning (Direct & In-Direct Headcount). • Issue monthly reports about demand levels of Products and supply of this product ,Calculation of loading hours for equipment’s and manpower efficiency and Determine over time hours and Record losses hours To make analysis for its reasons like; “OEE Report”.

Planning Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:•Review historical sales trends, Develop statistical forecast models and prepare demand forecast data; for all trading brands. •Participation in create an expected annual Demand plan with marketing and sales team. •Calculating the expected annual MRP and Purchase plans (foreign & local) and distribute them as a scheduling;for each product to each supplier. •Sending the final Purchase plan to the budgeting department to confirm value them. •Issuing (BOM) witch pertaining to factory products and calculating MRP; from Parents items, component; Subassemblies; till packaging material. •Issuing the required purchase requisitions (foreign & local) with delivery schedule for each item;for its related supplier. •Control and manage the inventory levels day by day and identify Reorder Point for all items. •Coordinate and maintain inventory levels to avoid any excess or obsolete stocks. •follow up distributions of inventories between branches; according with stores Supervisors; taking into consideration The storage capacity. •Following up the schedules with the purchasing & logistic departments to make sure that a materials; will be receipt on due dates. •Following up the actual consuming of the planned items by monthly sales trend. •Follow up updating of planning data such as (DLT, MOQ, BOM, Standard consumption…etc.) •Conducting regular meetings with department’s heads to discuss plans and variations. •Issuing multi reports and data analysis to Supply chain director, top management.
