- Job Details:• Ensure all services offered at the Airport Office are always available and are carried out with utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the procedures detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual • Ensure that communication and co-ordination of all Departments, with particular emphasis on the interaction between Airport Office and Front Desk, Sales, Reservation , Grand Club , concierge , Executive Office , smooth and efficient • To maintain an atmosphere at the Airport Office , never giving the impression that there is a problem. • To keep himself/herself updated of special events and promotions inside and outside of the hotel. • Ensure that all guest's meet and assist + transportation are handled and distributed promptly. • Ensure that all guest requests, requirements and complaints are attended to promptly and in the correct manner. • To liaise with the other departments that VIP guest movements ensuring a smooth handling . • To ensure all employees ( GSO & team leader ) at the airport office wearing the correct uniform and name badge . • To create a good atmosphere of cooperation between the airport office team . • To assist in the building of an efficient team by taking an active interest in there welfare , safety , training and development . • Decision making – makes decisions quickly under pressure based on adequate information and analysis , makes rational detailed judgment on the basis of all available information . General: • reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel, industry and company Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required • Provide a courteous and professional service at all times • Willingly attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge • Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up. • Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the Employee handbook and the hotels policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety
