Factory Manager (Value Stream Operations Director)Full Time

• Job Details:Lead the manufacturing processes for the Non-lactam value stream. Implement and maintain safety standards as required by law and company policy. Coach and provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing issues and create corrective actions with appropriate follow through plans. Create a high morale workplace with the highest ethical standards. Insure the appropriate level of accountability for facility goals and objectives at the value stream, process, and line lead levels. Monitor and take appropriate improvement actions to meet production quality and quantity. Utilize problem solving techniques, teamwork building strategies, process control, and continuous process improvement tools to meet or exceed the facility key operating metrics. Develop, monitor and implement department budgets and production forecast. Develops, analyses, and presents monthly reports, including but not limited to budget, forecast, productivity and safety. Conduct, lead or implement the appropriate containment, corrective, and preventive actions, leading to minimizing or eliminating process deviations and non-conforming products root causes. Maintain adherence to company polices, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices. Support new manufacturing methods based on optimizing processes, innovative technology and continuous improvement activities.

Continous improvement site leadFull Time

• Job Details:Lead, manage, direct and motivate the Site GPS (Glaxo Production System) team Development and implementation of Site GPS deployment plan to ensure that GPS becomes integrated with the ways of working in all areas of the Site. Facilitate development of the Site Winning Formula. Development and implementation of Site TIP process and associated metrics to facilitate tracking of progress against the Site Winning Formula. Ensure Site leadership is fully aligned to deliver Winning Formula via GPS deployment. To achieve annual Targets in accordance with specified requirements in a Safe, quality compliant and cost efficient manner and promote an environment of Continuous Improvement. Network with other GPS Leads to exchange learning and good practice both internally and externally. Manage Site GPS Practitioners and other staff directly supporting GPS. Provide mentoring support to Site GPS Practitioners and Site management. Remove barriers to progress. Articulate and communicate GPS vision for the site serving as a role model for GPS behaviors and values. Support the Site Leadership team in developing benefit cases for improvement projects and prioritizing the key strategic projects. Ensure GPS is involved in all major change programs on Site.

Senior Operations & Facilities ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Acts as a centre point of communications for support and guidance for FM services (Maintenance, Utilities area, Building Maintenance, HSE, Sourcing and contracts management, Soft services, Finance) at P & G site.  Responsible for continues improvement initiatives, implementation and sharing best practices with the other sites.  Responsible for Business development of hard & soft Facilities Management services.  Formulate the short and medium-range of operational, strategic objectives and plans for the site.  Assist in selection of efficient Site staff & Identify vendors/ contractors and handling commercial corporate matters, negotiating and signing agreements with the contractors & clients.  Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI's/SLA's.  Develop standard performance indicators and management information for client reports.  Establish standardized processes across the site in compliance with legislation and meeting industry ‘best practice’.  Manage all SHE activities and accident reporting at site.  Ensure that all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements are in place at site/s within remit.  Carries out annual management audit review across all areas on specific compliance requirements.  Support of pull through/cross-account opportunities  Establish an M&E and Fabric Maintenance supplier strategy for the site.  Responsible for all financial costs, controls, and P&L for the site.
