• Job Details:Responsible to optimise the performance of logistic systems by identifying and developing new processes as well as implementing suitable measures to make sure the services are of a high quality, so as to improve the efficiency and profitability.  Coordinate and analyse the logistical functions or supply chain of the organization and streamline operations and identify the best ways to use the company’s resources to achieve its goals. Also, help to enhance performance by determining and reducing inefficiencies that might consume profits. Facilitated smooth and efficient operation of projects across the spectrum of logistics including warehousing and distribution and reporting directly to the Country Logistics Manager. Managed freight budget, developed inter-company and customer freight plan and analyzed freight lanes and procedures to reduce cost on service improvements. Scrutiny of service provider’s invoices and approval of their bills for payment. Communicates and coordinates with all parties involved in relation to materials movements. Direct and organize global logistics activities such as managing global shipment schedules, developing and coordinating with distribution networks in different nations, obtaining shipment rates, negotiating with logistics service providers, selecting the partners, tracking and expediting shipments, and solving any discrepancy of quality and quantity and schedule.
