• Job Details:•“Mr. Hussein Hoteit“ (DoueirNabatieh–Lebanon)”: A 4 floors building (area=1500 m²), the basement is divided into a storage area and an apartment, the ground floor is a commercial area for shops and the 1stfloor and 2ndfloor have 4 apartments: Created the design and was responsible for all permit drawings (arch. Civil. Mech. And Elec.), rendering and execution drawings. The project is successfully built. •“Mr. RabieeRamadan” (Jieh–Lebanon): Created design and was responsible for all permit drawings, execution drawings and rendering, (area= 458 m²). •“Mr. SamerHalawi” Motel (Barouk–Lebanon): Created concept design, a schematic drawing, rendering and all permit drawings(area=345 m²) on a very small land and was able to invest the maximum area that the law allow. •“Mr. EdmonEid” private house (Debieh–Lebanon): Renovation project for an old house by adding 2 new floors, elevations design, 3d rendering and permit drawing (area=756 m²). •“Mr. MazenEl Hajj Chehaderesidential & commercial building (Anout–Lebanon) : The project consists of 3 floors building (area=1200 m²), the basement is used as a storage area, the ground floor as a commercial area for shops and one apartment and the 1stfloor has 3 apartments with one core for stair and a pitched roof: Created design and was responsible for all permit drawings, rendering, execution drawings and Site supervision. The project was submitted on time. •“Mr. Ahmad Awwad” Private Villa (AnoutEl Shouf–Lebanon): Created design and was responsible for all permit drawings, execution drawings, Site supervision, (area= 800 m²). •“Mr. WissamEl Sayed private villa (Anout–Lebanon): The project consists of 3 floors building (area=800 m²),responsible for all permit drawings, execution drawings, BOQ, concrete work and Site supervision. •“Mrs. Bilal and Mohammad Hasan Private Villa (AnoutEl Shouf–Lebanon): The project consists of two private villas on the same land, one is about 486 m² and the other is about 1056 m²: Created design and was responsible for all permit drawings, Rendering, execution drawings, BOQ, Site supervision, from A to Z (a turnkey project). •“Mr. Bassam El Akoum” Private Villa (BsabaEl Shouf-Lebanon): Responsible for all architectural drawings (Avant Project, Permit and execution drawings) rendering and site supervision (area = 450 m²). Also executed and designed the exterior area -landscape (ramps-greenery-fountain-stamped concrete). •“Mr. Ali Fakhreddin” Dairy & Cheese Factory (AnoutEl Shouf-Lebanon): Dairy & Cheese Factory with a farm that has 35 cows (600 m²) –Permit drawing, shop drawings and site supervision. The project was successfully done and submitted on time. •“Saudi ICON company (Saudi Arabia)” : A project that consists of a motel in Jizanin KSA was already built and needed renovation, from the material chosen by the client, I did the rendering from the as built drawing.
