    • Job Details:Handle and perform emergency and planned activities/outages according to company strategy & ensure that all connections are migrated properly. Implement, configure & troubleshoot MPLS (L2VPN, L3VPN) and internet services on PE routers and ensure full connectivity for enterprise customers. Configure and troubleshoot PE-CE routing protocols (Static, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP). Implement, configure and troubleshoot L2, L3 and EFM modems and customer’s premises (CE/CPE routers). Responsible for Global failures & crises related to Enterprise Network. Assigning missing configuration for enterprise customer problems related to Global failures and crises problem (DSLAM or IP). Migrating enterprise customers from cisco pe routers to juniper pe routers and vice verse. Responsible for Customer movement through changing the physical path or the customer as per recommended by the customer himself or by any other requirements. Enhance our POPs status through arranging POP cables, racks and shelves which effect Enterprise customer service stability or through POP transformation by moving the whole rack to a newly area to be our POP in case of we don’t have POP in this CO. Migrate some DC power devices enabled rom AC power to DC power board to make sure it is totally secured. Worked well with different people to address challenges and solve problems collaboratively. Managed daily tasks and sought opportunities to go beyond requirements and support business targets.
