Component Production LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:• Sourcing new fabric suppliers. • Opening new fabric suppliers and managing them by carrying out technical evaluation (Quality, HRP and Env.) Audits (As per Decathlon grid). • Negotiating Price (CBD) and capacity according to the seasonality. • Follow up fabric duplication, color development (L/D & 1st bulk) and test result in internal & external lab. • Liaise closely with all departments (Supply, Indus and supplier) on fulfilling delivery requirement. • Follow up production plan starting from yarn orders, and productivity till shipment on time. • Regular visits and meetings with the suppliers. • Evaluate and ensure the quality of fabrics. • Investigate quality problems to find root causes and take action to eliminate it. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers. • Carry out production control plan and ensure quality system stability at suppliers.

Production & Quality EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:•Makes a daily plant tour for following up all of process and eliminating quality defects •Supervision and follow up the implementation of the production plan. •A regular daily meeting with all dept. to discuss and solve problem. •Follow up production KPI’s ( Efficiency, Production, First pass yield (FPY), Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), Availability Losses and Scrap) •Ensure conformity of raw material, semi product, finished products specifications. •Prepare quality action request for supplier quality complaints. •Process analysis to identify the deviations and related root causes. •Investigate customer complaints and ensure complete all steps (root cause analysis, planned actions, follow results and final report) in CRM system. •Evaluation of the complaint actions in terms of their efficiency and application. •Setting quality review meeting monthly and issue quality incident report. •Follow up the corrective & preventive actions implementation. •Ensured implementation of Kordsa global standards in processes. •Managed and developed inspection activities of incoming materials, production processes and final products. •Set quality audit plan and follow up all internal and external audits. •Checking production status of fabrics as well as QRF /QWF •Make a decision for hold rolls / materials •Coordinate to handle of trial production ( raw material , chemical, .. etc ) •Follow up lab results of the production in each process (Twisting, Weaving, Dipping, Dipping solutions) and take actions to prevented the repeated mistakes •Handle of customer complaints by preparing root causes analysis, initiate production to take necessary actions / prepare customer claim reports / supplier complaints. •Follow up the performance and trends of raw materials & chemicals and manage the technical issue in supplier side. •Prepare NK internal specs (Twisting, Weaving, Dipping, and Packing) due to customer requirements. •Regular visits of customers for inside and outside Egypt, preparing visit reports. •Coordination and organization of training & orientation programs in the department •Coordination for customer requirements with other related dept. to produce fabric to meet customer satisfaction. •Participated safety and continuous improvement activities, conducted six sigma and lean projects. •Ensured implementation of Kordsa global standards in processes. •Prepare and update customer instructions, to meet customer satisfaction. •Managed and developed inspection activities of incoming materials, production processes and final products. •lead continuous improvement teams and project for improving quality and cost saving by using six sigma methods •Provided Lean & Six Sigma Training for worker. •5S coordinator.
