• Job Details: Working a Accounting Manager at Dina Farms Oracle and SAP User  Budgeting  Assist the annual budgeting process, prepare yearly financial statements and Prepare taxation reports  Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures  Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company  Cooperate with internal and external financial auditors to carry out annual auditing process  Prepares detailed monthly account analysis , journal entries and monthly reports for expenses  Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.  Studying the previous budget and also taking into consideration the benefits and losses occurred during the previous financial years, due to budget planning.  Suggesting suitable amendments in the budget to the higher authorities and managerial staff of the concerned department.  Plan, evaluate, design and implement the company’s budget & ensuring business growth and compliance with the law  Identifies variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period.  Funds Management  Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment  Responsible for receiving branches revenue  Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation  Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams  Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.  Financial Analysis  Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company  Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput  Manage the cash position of the Company to ensure sufficient funds are available in case of contingencies  Oversee operation of Accounting Department and Treasury operations.  Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.  Support Finance Manager with special Situations and workflow process improvements
