• Job Details:Make Quantities Take off for procurement from IFC Drawings and from SHD. - Make subcontractors Invoices and Client Invoices (IPA & IPC) . - Development of Monthly Cash flows Reports. - Administers budget variance tracking for the project. - Review project budget and cost codes against estimates. - Manage the Project Status Report process within the head office. - Assisting in preparing Variation orders breakdowns. - Preparing BOQ for civil works. - Reviewing sub invoices with subcontracts, and initiating subcontracts – if required to. - Preparing monthly cost reports including ETC & EAC.

QS / Cost control engineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Make the Estimate budget with development team at the Initial design to avoid any changes after tender stage. - Make the description of items at bill of quantities in accordance with the design drawings and specs to avoid any claims or variations. - Monitor contract costs against budgets - Prepare and process monthly valuation under main contract agreement. - Make take off quantities of major materials for procurement. - Review the interim payments of sub-contractors. - Make and process variation to owner including variation orders, quantification and evaluation. - Review and process final account under main contract agreement.
