• Job Details:1- Provide leadership, vision and long-term strategy to the Engineering Department, which includes; Safety, Reliability, Capex, Planning and Scheduling, Equipment’s and Infrastructure. 2- Enhance EHS, QMS, and GMP implementation standards within department. 3- Achieve the targeted Outlines Commitment to improve Environmental Sustainability 4- Ensure all documents are available, followed and updated according to (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45000) standards. 5- Comply with the yearly training plan and keep training matrix records updated. 6- Prepare budgets, contracts, and direct the negotiation of contracts. 7- Work with contractors on improving their service level according to HB Fuller standards and monthly evaluate their progress. 8- Manage the department expenses to ensure safe and cost-effective of repairs, installations and accomplished within the approved capital spend budget as needed for asset replacement. 9- Drive root cause identification and analysis for maintenance-related failures and identify opportunities to improve. 10- Ensure best utilization of CMMS in handling the PM program. 11- Responsible for managing and maintaining all utilities and equipment’s. 12- Define the necessary spare parts to minimize the down time of the production lines 13- Ensure availability of updated service contracts for all critical equipment with their agency. 14- Responsible for commissioning of all manufacturer improvement projects.

Engineering & Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Establish preventative maintenance programs. 2. Responsible for scheduling and overseeing the installation of equipment’s. 3. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. 4. Manage and inspect capital planning projects as assigned.

Sector Engineering and Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Manage maintenance department activities for production lines (tomato paste packaging in jars& Sachet-Pickling Olives-Processing and packaging olives oil-fava Bean packaging) and utilities of three factories sites (Sadat City, K54 Alex. desert road, Wadi El-Natroun). 2. Restructure maintenance department from the scratch. 3. Provide Technical Advice to the team and interventions with my hands in chronic problems.
