• Job Details:• Overseeing premium finished products, warehouses, cold stores, 3PL, fleet management, demand and supply planning, customer service, and procurement. • Managing a diverse scale, including 1000+ SKU’s, 8 cold stores, 1 warehouse, 13 trucks, 80 employees, 6 business categories (frozen, chilled, and dry goods) and 3 sales channels (retail, HORECA, e-commerce). • Leading the supply chain functions end-to-end starting from inbound/manufacturing until reaching the end consumer. • Defining, implementing, and improving the operational policies and guidelines. • Managing and developing resources to deliver business partner satisfaction and achievement of overall business and financial objectives. • Establishing and revamping the entire S&OP process, resulting in improving forecasting accuracy from 55% to 75%. • Managing the installation of a racking system to increase storage capacity and optimize operational efficiency. • Implementing cold chain best practices to maintain product shelf life and freshness for each product category. • Enhancing truck utilization in terms of tonnage and value for the best possible rate per case, ensuring financial efficiency. • Defining and implementing procurement function policies and guidelines, including negotiating favorable contractual terms with suppliers, and building strong supplier relationships. • Managing daily customer feedback and complaints, with a specific focus on e-commerce solutions.
