General Manager Energy & UtilitiesFull Time

• Job Details:▪ In charge of managing utilities and energy operation and utilizes engineering expertise to set the design criteria of MEP works, infrastructures and utilities of mega projects of land areas ranging from 5 to 7.5 million square meters plots in multiple locations. ▪ Plans and direct execution of the operation and maintenance activities while upgrading existing utilities and energy infrastructure geared towards sustaining high growth level of business. ▪ Strategically plans energy and utility usage and develops long-term plans to incorporate renewable energy sources and increase operational efficiency. ▪ Negotiates multiple purchases and O&M contracts, realizing major savings of power plants, MEP systems, desalination plants, parts and heavy equipment with local and international vendors and manufacturers. ▪ Reduces cycle times by improving purchase order cycles and adopting a zero-stock policy to lessen financial burden of inventory. ▪ Presents annual reports to the Board of Executives and reviews budget and operational plans. ▪ Interfaces with government authorities in securing and organizing necessary documentation and licenses. ▪ Prepares company strategic plans, organizational chart, employee remuneration and benefits plans, as well as salary scales of 350 employee workforce.
