• Job Details:• Leading & Coordinating, the creation & implementation of a QMS according to ISO TS 16949 Standard requirements, across GB Auto Prima Site. • Conducting Training plans for (FMEA, MSA, PPAP and SPC). • Responsible for controlling/ releasing local procedures and work instructions and certifying systems compatibility. • Leading Internal System Audits Section through. • Responsible for Process Audits • Preparing annual internal audits program. • Coaching & Certifying internal audits team. • Managing non-conformity/corrective & preventive actions' system implementation, and • Reviewing Internal System Audits Reports. • Supervising Laboratory activities; including: (3D scan, Ultrasonic testing, torque tools' management). • Determining and Conducting the required MSA studies for each measurement system. • Responsible for Product Audits

Senior Process and Quality EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for 8D reports - Reporting to quality principal. - Responsible for quality technician. - Monitor the manufacturing process and make sure it’s done effectively and efficiently. - Responsible for cost of poor quality report by adding actions to improve the quality level and to decrease the wastes. - Assisting the Management Team and provide support as necessary. - Set targets and objectives to subordinates and monitor and evaluate the respective levels of performance. - Maintaining good relationship with customer.

Process and Quality EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:I am working as a process and quality engineer at the assembly floor. Brief Job Description. 1- Improvement the process by applying lean manufacturing. 2- Analyzing and developing the process to decrease the cycle time. 3- Follow up the reject rate of the products to ensure that the reject rate is less than 1%. 4- Dealing and resolving problems and issues which arise. 5- Manage the 5s committee and audit for progress in implementation 6- Managing the quality team and taking action to make the desired output. 7- Managing and monitoring the quality of the products. 8- Implementing ISO/TS 16949 international standard. 9- Sharing with to team the PPAP documents for new projects.
