• Job Details:My detailed duties and responsibilities are as follow: - Responsible for the teams doing the planning, detailing and following up of all interior design projects. - Studies conceptual design drawings to achieve client requirements and objectives, and direct work accordingly. - Manages the development and issuance of detailed decorative projects up to their final archiving. - Directs and controls subordinates in producing decorative presentation boards and booklets within deadlines and according to requirements and standards. - Handle all FF&E related documentation, design drawings, specifications and schedules to ensure that the installation is in line with requirements. - Presents decorative boards and booklet to client or consultant to ensure approval - Coordinates with procurement and purchasing departments concerning the sourcing and selection of optimal materials - Liaise with other Engineering Services/Sections, (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, …etc.) to give or receive technical inputs and clarifications as and when required - Provides onsite support during execution stage as and when required to clarified drawings or address discrepancies - Reviews and ensures compliance of work with I.S.O. and QA/QC policies and standards - Provides guidance and coaching to subordinates and evaluates performances of subordinates . - Review resumes, interview and recruit subordinates according to section requirement

• Job Details:§ Responsible for the planning, detailing and follow up of the interior decoration components of assigned project including the selection of materials and colors. § Studies conceptual design drawings to ascertain client requirements and objectives, and direct work accordingly. § Plans projects by designing structure , layout , and specifications , including structural system ; air-conditioning , heating , and ventilating systems ; electrical systems ; plumbing ; and landscaping ; developing budget and timetables ; obtaining approvals ;making adjustments. § Manages the development and issuance of detailed decorative projects up to their final archiving. § Directs and controls subordinates in producing decorative presentation boards and booklets within deadlines and according to requirements and standards. § Presents decorative boards and booklet to client or consultant to ensure approval. § Liaise with other engineering sections, (Architectural, Mechanical, …etc. ) to give or receive technical inputs and clarifications as and when required . § Coordinate with consultants , contractors , and regulatory agencies as necessary in meetings , drawings and other forms of communication. § Provides onsite support during execution stage as and when required to clarified drawings or address discrepancies. § Coordinates with procurement and purchasing departments concerning the sourcing and selection of optimal materials. § Reviews and ensures compliance of work with I.S.O. and QA/QC policies and standards. § Provides guidance and coaching to subordinates. § Evaluates performances of subordinates.
