Automation Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Analyzing the project requirements defined in the project’s technical specifications, clarifying the project scope and elaborating a completely functional design specification. - Prepare cost, schedule, scope, quality, communication management plans. - Monitor and control project progress performance throughout the project life cycle, obtain, verify deliverable, attend the status meeting, provide performance and status reports, forecast project completion schedule, budget, Configuration management, tracking project updates and modifications. - Forecast requirements for instrument engineering resources and allocate those resources. - Prepare instrument man-hour estimate to perform project tasks. - Checks and signs all produced documents (internal or subcontracted) like design reports, technical specifications, drawings, etc. - Provide day to day instrument support & guidance on maintenance issue to assure that the integrity and reliability of the instrumentation, control, safeguard, condition monitoring, and analysis systems are maintained and fully functional. - Very conversant in Process Control/ESD/F&G philosophies/specifications, instrument selection and sizing, block diagrams, cause and effects, loop diagrams, instrument data sheets, pneumatic hook-ups etc - Assigning technical specifications for purchasing orders for required materials. - Supervise Preparing project documentation as requested.

Lead Automation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Analyzing the project requirements defined in the project’s technical specifications, clarifying the project scope and elaborating a completely functional design specification. - Performing standard, new and adapted design, as defined in the technical specification to get the required approvals from the customer. - Preparing the project schedule with cooperation with other departments (purchasing, sales, and quality). - Assigning technical specifications for purchasing orders for required materials. - Preparing project documentation as requested. - Conduct FAT, engineering site surveys, Commissioning and startup activities. - System Integration of Process Control Systems (PCS), ESD systems, F&G systems. - Develop PLC/SCADA applications using GE PLCs (Versa-Max, 90-30, 90-70, RX3i, PAC8000) and GE CIMPLCITY HMI/SCADA. - Control Panels Design. - Providing technical & commercial offers according to customer specification.

Electrical Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Supervision of Electrical & Electronics technicians to ensure safe and reliable operation for the whole plant. - Responsible for day to day maintenance activities for all control systems. - Make plan for upgrading old PLC to newer version such as (S5 to S7-300) with programming upgrade. - Modify required components and rebuild the PLC program to meet the new process requirements. - Installation & maintenance for drives (SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, TOSHIBA, DELTA) - Provide technical support to electrical & electronics technicians. - Undertake specific development programs of machines for improving productivity and expanding capacity. - Establishes the preventive maintenance plan, and supervise performing the scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. - Allocates spare parts list to the related technical objects and machines, to make it accurate and easy at the planning and standard costing estimation stage. - Commissioning & startup of new machines.
