• Job Details:• Responsible for following up all mechanical orders with different team members to achieve project schedule with best delivery time. • Responsible for organizing meetings between consultant, suppliers and OCI team members to introduce and finalize technical clarifications. • Responsible for preparing actual status reports of the mechanical orders for management. • Organizing the project to achieve the delivery date through following up the technical Procurement Department, Engineering Department.

Senior Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for preparing/reviewing welding maps for piping isometric drawings. • Take off piping material from isometric drawings. • Preparing monthly workshop progress report. • Responsible for the material department. • Responsible for SMS (Site Management System); mechanical, piping, electrical and Instrumentation work. o Studding export piping reports, checking material availabilities according to its relative isometrics drawings for workshop fabrication; Carbon steel and stainless steel. o Issuing equipment’s according to time schedule and priorities on site. o Reserving piping material to workshop for pre-¬fabrication according to welding maps and as per modified isometrics with the material availabilities on site. o Modifying the SMS database according to modified isometrics in order to achieve the actual status of available material. o Manually importing database of the arrival pipe supports and OCIC shipments on site. o Issuing erection, pipe support and instrument material to site for finalizing the erection work. o Handling and checking the material delivered, checking the actual stock after issuing the material. • Co-ordinates between UHDE (Sub Contractor) and SORFERT (Owner) to achieve their requirements
